Before you write

Can you fix several different things on the same visit?

Yes, and it usually works out cheaper. A light, a tap and a shutter don't need three tradespeople and three appointments: one visit, one invoice.

Can I be away while you carry out the repair?

Yes. With the keys arranged, I let myself in, fix it and send you photos of the finished work.

How soon can you come?

Usually within 24-48 hours. Out-of-hours emergencies carry a 40€ surcharge.

Do you work in English?

Yes, in Spanish or English.

Is the quote in writing?

We always tell you the price before starting. If you're not at the property, or you'd rather have it in writing, we'll send it over before we begin.
