Home repairs in Teulada
Teulada is the traditional village core and older housing stock: thick walls, timber joinery, copper plumbing, and electrical installations put in when a house ran a fraction of the appliances it does today.
That shapes the work. Plumbing means copper rather than PVC, with soldering where it is needed. Electrics means older fittings and trip switches going because the installation is carrying far more than it was designed for. Fitting means stone and tosca walls, where the right anchor is the difference between a unit that holds and one that doesn’t.
It is slower, less glamorous work than in a new build, and it takes judgement to know when a repair has stopped making sense. We will tell you before we start, not halfway through.
