How the price works
The price, before we touch anything. I arrive, look at the fault and tell you what it costs. I don't start until you agree.
Each job, a fixed quote. Billed by job, not by time. No hourly rate and no surprise charges.
In writing, if you ask. Our word is enough for everyday jobs; for absent owners, I send it in writing.
Everything we fix
What does the minimum charge include?
Diagnosis of the fault and travel within Javea. For other towns, travel is 25€. Each job is billed by a fixed quote, not by time.
Does the price change for emergencies?
Yes. Out-of-hours emergencies carry a 40€ surcharge on top of the minimum charge.
Can I have it in writing?
If you ask, yes. Our word is enough for everyday jobs; for absent owners we send it in writing before we start.
