Moraira is foreign-owned villas and a great deal of holiday letting. That changes the nature of the work entirely: here, things are not repaired when they break — they are repaired before the next guests arrive.
What we are asked for most is maintenance between bookings: fitting ceiling fans before the season, changing lock cylinders between lets, adjusting blinds and screens, and clearing the list of small faults that a full summer of occupancy leaves behind.
We work to changeover dates, not to “when we can fit you in”. If your guests arrive Saturday, the job is finished Friday.
