Frequently asked questions
My trip switch keeps going. What happens on the visit?
We trace which circuit or appliance is causing it and repair or replace the faulty item. It is one of our most common call-outs and usually resolves in a single visit.
Can you change my consumer unit?
No. In Spain, altering the consumer unit or extending the installation requires a registered low-voltage installer and a certificate. We will trace the fault and tell you exactly what is needed.
Can you fit a ceiling fan?
Yes, on an existing light point. If you have a plasterboard or suspended ceiling, please mention it when booking.
